• Usage Data: Transaction history (summaries you've generated), subscription status, and credit usage.

3. Third-Party AI Services

To generate summaries and transcriptions, we send the content you submit to OpenAI, a third-party AI service provider. Specifically:

• What data is sent: The text content, transcripts, or extracted text from your submitted files is sent to OpenAI for AI-powered summarization and transcription.
• Who receives the data: OpenAI (openai.com) processes this data according to their privacy policy and data usage policies.
• Why: This data is necessary to generate summaries, key points, and transcriptions of your content.

We only send the content necessary for processing your request. We do not send your device identifier or personal information to OpenAI.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the summarization service
• To process your content through AI providers for summarization and transcription
• To manage your subscription and credit balance
• To improve and optimize the App

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on our servers. Uploaded files are stored in encrypted cloud storage (AWS S3). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Summaries and transcripts are retained in your transaction history for your convenience.

6. Data Retention

We retain your transaction history and summaries as long as your device is registered with the App. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights
